超脉冲激光经结膜穹隆入路行眼袋整复术56例

摘　　要：目的将超脉冲CO2激光应用于眼袋整复术以提高临床疗效。方法用超脉冲CO2激光对56例单纯眶内脂肪膨出型的眼袋患者进行眼袋整复术,另63例行传统的结膜入路眼袋整复手术。结果超脉冲CO2激光眼袋整复术术后效果满意,满意率达97.5%。手术时间(28±3.25)min,消肿时间(3±1.3)d,皮下淤血出现率3.6%,与传统结膜入路的眼袋整复手术相比,差异有统计学意义。结论眼袋整复术中应用超脉冲CO2激光具有显著的优越性,出血少、组织损害轻、术后恢复快。Objective To study the curative effect of ultrapulse CO2 laser in blepharoplasty. Methods Blepharoplasty with ul- trapulse CO2 laser was performed to 56 cases of obrital septum bulgy fat types ,63 cases was performed with tradition blepharoplasty. Resuits The results of blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 laser were satisfactory and the satisfaction rate was 97.5% .Operation time of blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 laser was （28±3.25 ） minutes, detumescence time was （3±1.3 ） days, subcutaneous extravasated blood appear rate was 3.6 %, and were significant deviation compared with tradition blepharoplasty. Conclusion Blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 laser is of significant advantages and can reduce hemorrhage and tissue lesions, postoperative rehabilitation become faster.
