小腿远端蒂筋膜皮瓣在整形外科中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨小腿和足根部骨、关节、钢板外露创面用小腿后侧远端蒂筋膜皮瓣修复后的效果。方法应用小腿后侧远端蒂筋膜皮瓣修复足部创面67例,男41例,女26例;损伤情况:骨、关节外露48例,跟腱外露15例,慢性溃疡4例。结果67例皮瓣全部存活,足部外形、感觉及行走的稳定性均恢复良好。结论小腿后侧远端蒂筋膜皮瓣用于足跟部、小腿创面的修复,具有取材方便、操作简单、不破坏小腿主要血管、皮瓣的成活率高、术后恢复好等优点。Objective To discuss the clinical effect oif repatiring soft tissue defects in cnemis, ankle and foot with calf and sural distal fasciocutaneous flaps. Methods 67 cases of soft tissue defects in cnemis, ankle and feet were repaired with calf and sural distal fasciocutaneous flaps. There were 41 males and 26 females, aging from 17 to 61 years. There were 48 cases of bone revealed, 15 cases of tendo calcaneus exposure and 4 cases of chronic ulcer. Results Sixty-seven flaps survived. The appearance and sensation of the feet were stisfactory. And the＇ stability of walking returned to normal. Conclusion It is a convenient, simple and reliable method to repair soft tissue defects in cnemis, ankle and foot with calf and sural distal fasciocutaneous flaps, without sacrifice of major arteries and with high survival rate and beautiful outlook form of skin flaps.
