摘 要:目的:研究瓷层厚度及不同次数的处理方法对氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷颜色的影响。方法:制备直径为12.5mm、厚度分别为0.4、0.6、0.8mm的圆形标准试件,每个厚度组5个,分别进行烧结和喷砂处理共5次,采用PR-650光谱扫描色度仪进行色度学测量。结果:随着瓷层厚度的增加,明度逐渐提高,颜色趋向黄红色,透射率降低、反射率增高。烧结处理使明度值L*有所提升,透射率下降;而喷砂处理会略微降低明度值并增加透射率。结论:瓷层厚度的改变主要影响陶瓷的透明度,烧结或喷砂处理的次数分别控制在3次以内,尚不会造成颜色的明显改变。Objective:To investigate the effects of thickness and treat modes on the color of alumina glass-infiltrated ceramic. Methods:Disk-shaped specimens with 12.5 mm in diameter, and with 3 thickness (0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm) were fabricated, 5 specimens in each group. The specimens were treated with sinter and sandblast for 5 times. The color of the specimens were measured with PR-650 spectrophotometer. Results:With the increase of the thickness of alumina glass-infiltrated ceramic, the value increased, the tendency of color was yellow and red, and the transmittance decreased and the reflection increased. The treat of sinter increased the L* value and decreased the transmittance, while the treat of sandblast decreased the L* value and increased the transmittance. Conclusion :The thickness of the specimens influence the transmittance mostly. The treats of sinter or sandblast are within three times, the color of the specimens was little changed.
