摘 要:目的:比较不同输送方式下根充糊剂在根管壁的分布模式,研究糊剂的输送方式对糊剂的分布模式的影响。方法:选择100颗离体单根管前牙,常规预备并充填根管。样本完全随机分组。使用横切法观察糊剂在根管壁的分布模式。结果:①不同输送方式下糊剂分布模式可有差异,表现为距根尖1mm处变异最大且有统计学意义;②Aa组表现为以Ⅳ型糊剂分布模式为主,Ab组表现为以Ⅱ型糊剂分布模式为主,B组各种分布模式平均出现,C组以Ⅳ型分布模式为主;③距根尖2mm与4mm处糊剂分布模式无统计学差异。结论:糊剂输送方式不同,糊剂分布模式可有差异,以距根尖1mm处变异最大;距根尖2mm与4mm处糊剂分布模式无统计学差异。Objective:To compare the sealer distribution pattern of the canal sealer under different placement method in order to investigate the influence on sealer distribution generated by root canal sealer placement. Methods- 100 ex vivo single canal anterior teeth were chosen and the root canals were prepared with a step-back method. The samples were divided into 3 groups randomly. Group A : sealer placed by chief gutta pereha ; Group B : sealer placed by K file;Group C:sealer placed by spreader. Tansseetion method was used to observe the sealer distribution pattern. Sealer distribution patterns were divided into 4 categories based on the sealer coated canal perimeter (PSCP) : ( Ⅰ ) no sealer, ( Ⅱ ) sligbt-partial, ( Ⅲ ) moderate-partial, and (Ⅳ) complete coverage, which had 0-1/3 PSCP coverage, 1/3-2/3 PSCP coverage, 2/3-9/10 PSCP coverage, and 9/10-10/10 PSCP coverage respectively. Results : (1) Sealer distribution varied with different placement methods. At 1 mm level there was a significant difference. (2)Aa group mainly demonstrated a IV type distribution; Ab group mainly demonstrated a Ⅱ type distribution, B group demonstrated the types distributed averagely, C group mainly demonstrated a IV type distribution. (3)There was no statistical difference at 2 mm and 4 mm level. Conclusion : Place the same kind of sealer in different ways may affect the sealer distribution pattern. The most significant difference shows at the 1 mm level. At 2 mm and 4 mm level, distributions shows no statistical difference.
