摘 要:目的:结合冷侧压法改良System B根充技术,通过增加根尖部的牙胶量来克服该技术超充率较高及根尖部根管牙胶充盈率(PGFA)较低的缺点。方法:80个离体尖牙牙根用改良双敞技术预备后,随机分为2组,分别用常规法和改良法根充,超充样本计数;所有样本均在距根尖孔1.5mm水平截断,体视显微镜下数码拍照,计算机测定PGFA值,统计学分析。结果:改良组超充率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组距根尖孔1.5mm的PGFA高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良后的System B技术比原方法具有更好的根充效果。Objective:To combine the cold lateral condensation with System B root canal filling techniques in order to increase the amount of gutta-percha to fit different canal that could improve percentage of gutta-percha-filled area (PGFA) and decrease the probability of apical extrusion. Methods: Two groups of extracted human canines ( total 80) were prepared by modified double-flared technique and filled with gutta-percha by System B technique and the combined technique respectively. The overfilling samples were collected. A horizontal section was cut 1.5 mm from the apical foramen of each tooth. The cross-sectional area of the canal and the gutta-percha was measured using an image-analysis program. The PGFA was then calculated. Results:Overfilling rate in the combined technique group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). PGFA in the combined technique group was bigger than that of the control group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Continuous wave of condensation technique combined with cold lateral condensation provides a better result in canal filling.
