摘　　要：培养创新型人才是时代赋予高等教育的神圣使命。实验教学在促进学生创新精神与实践能力养成方面发挥着重要作用。实践表明,构建合理的实验课程知识体系、运用信息化教学设计理念及灵活多样的教学模式、采取科学有效的评测方法,是全面提升师范生现代教育技术创新素质的根本途径。The sacred duty of higher education is to develop the innovation talents. Experimental teaching plays an important role in training creative spirit and practical ability of the students. It is probed that constructing the reasonbble system of experimental curriculum, carrying on the thoughts of informatization teaching design and flexible teaching modes, and taking scientific and effective evaluation methods are the basic approaches to promote the quality of normal university students in modern educational technology.
