摘　　要：地方高校重点实验室建设面临着诸多困难,在短期内建成特色鲜明的省级重点实验室,必须明确重点实验室建设思路、建设模式,建设方法扬长避短、独辟蹊径,创建适用于地方高校重点实验室综合能力量化评估及动态监控指标体系,探索校企互动式重点实验室建设模式,建立重点实验室科学发展的管理体制和运行机制。There are much more difficulties in the major laboratory construction in local colleges and universities. The problem is how to construct the specialized major laboratory of our province in a short period. Through the search in the past years, the idea, mode and method of the major laboratory construction are defined. The bene- fit of the university is imposed to find an innovative mode and method. The index system used for in quantity evaluating of the synthetically ability and dynamic monitor is established. The constructing mode of the major laboratory to promote with the corporation is explored. The managing system and operating mechanism of the major laboratory are established finally.
