摘　　要：该文介绍并分析了香港高校物资设备采购管理的情况,包括采购管理体制、采购原则、采购形式和采购投诉处理机制等,提出内地高校应进一步加强法人治理结构研究,完善采购管理制度,健全廉政监督机制,充分发挥采购服务职能,全面提高采购效益。This paper introduces and analyses Hong Kong universities＇ materials and equipment stock, including the stock management system, stock principles, stock forms, stock plaint and the like. It＇s advised that universities in mainland strengthen further study of legal administration mechanism structure, perfect stock system, and consummate incorruptible government and supervising mechanism in order to promote the service function and improve the benefit of stock.
