摘　　要：作为培养复合型和应用型人才的重要途径,管理学实践教学的研究日益受到关注。文章通过对国内外管理学专业实践教学现状的研究,指出目前我国高校管理学实践教学中存在的问题,并提出了改革的思路。As an important way of cultivating talents with multi- disciplinary and applied experience, the practical teaching of management has now attracted close attention. The author of this paper points out the demerits in domestic practical teaching, and puts forward the idea of innovation based on the summary of the present state of domestic and foreign practical teaching.
