摘　　要：为了使思想政治教育达到应有的效果,必须对言语行为加以更有效的规范与控制。特别是随着社会的发展,思想政治教育的环境也有了新的发展。对这些环境进行优化,除了依靠社会政治、经济与文化的发展进步以外,还需要从道德角度加以阐释和管理。另外,实现与强化思想政治教育的功能以及思想政治教育学科的发展,也都需要言语道德。In order to achieve the inevitable target, we must control the verbal behaviors in the ideological and political education more effectively. Especially the development with the society, the environments of the ideological and political education have developed variously. Optimizing these environment, besides the development and progress on social politics, economy and culture, we may also explain and manage with the social morality requirement. In addition to come true and aggrandize the function and the development of course of the ideological and political education, the verbal morality is indispensable.
