梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为针刺治疗组（40例）和药物对照组（40例）。针刺治疗组采用梅花针叩刺法，药物对照组采用151服西太普兰，观察两组用药后的疗效。结果针刺治疗组有效率为87．5％，药物对照组有效率为72．5％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症疗效优于口服抗抑郁药，且无副作用。Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of treating depression with plum-blossom needling. Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into a acupuncture treatment group and a medicinal control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needling, and the control group was treated with oral administration of Citalopram. Results The effective rate in the acupuncture treatment group was 87.5%, which was better than 72.5% in the medicinal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Plum-blossom needling is better than medicinal control therapy on depression, which is safe and with no side effects.
