摘　　要：目的探讨细胞核因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)P65蛋白的表达水平与人外阴鳞癌(vulvar squa-mous cell carcinomas,VSCC)的关系。方法应用免疫印迹法(Western blot)测定30例VSCC组织中NF-κBP65表达。结果VSCC组织中NF-κB P65蛋白表达水平明显高于正常组织,(P<0.05)。NF-κB P65蛋白表达量与VSCC淋巴有无转移密切相关(P<0.05)。但与组织分化及临床分期无关(P>0.05).结论NF-κB对于人外阴鳞癌的发生及淋巴结转移有重要影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nuclear factor kappa B （NF-κB） and human vulvar squamons cell carcinoma（VSCC） .Methods expression of NFkB p65 in VSCC tissues of 30 cases were studied by Western blot. Results NF-κ B p65 protein level of in carcinoma tissues is higher than that in control（ P 〈 0.05）, and it is related significantly with lymph node metastasis of VSCC（ P 〈 0.05）, but not with histological grade and clinical stage（ P 〉 0.05）. Condusion NF-κB may play an important role in ocurrence and lymph node metastasis of VSCC.
