摘　　要：产业支撑是小城镇建设的关键。西南边疆民族地区小城镇的区位和文化制度方面的特殊性使得本区域小城镇产业发展的路径选择和培育更复杂。文章在介绍相关理论基础的前提下,结合本区域小城镇产业发展的特点,提出了发展优势产业集群、利用市场和坚持人地和谐发展的政策建议。Industrial supporting is the key to the construction of small cities and towns. The factors of location and minority culture make path selecting and breeding more complicated in the development of small cities and towns in Southwestern frontier region. Based on the main industry development theory, this paper analysis the features of the regional small cities and towns and put out the suitable suggestions.
