环氧化酶-2在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌组织中环氧化酶-2（COX-2）的表达情况，及其与患者临床病理生理特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S—P法，检测50例宫颈癌组织、12例宫颈炎组织、10例CIN组织、10例正常宫颈组织中COX-2蛋白的表达情况。结果COX-2在宫颈癌中的表达水平明显高于宫颈炎、CIN组织（P〈0．001），正常宫颈组织中不表达；COX-2在Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期宫颈癌中的表达水平呈递增趋势，且有显著性差异（P〈0．001）；COX-2表达水平与患者年龄、癌肿大小、分化程度、组织学类型均无关（P〉0．05）。结论COX-2过表达可能与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。Objective To study the expression of COX-2 in human cervical carcinoma and its relation to clinicopathological characteristics. Methods 50 cases of human cervical carcinoma, 12 cases of human cervicitis, 10 cases of CIN and 10 cases of normal cervix tissues are studied by immunohistochemistry to assess the expression of COX-2 protein. Results The expression of COX-2 in cervical carcinoma is higher than that in cervicitis and CIN tissues, but no expression in normal cervix tissues. The expression of COX-2 in cervical carcinoma reinforces gradually from stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅲ, and the difference is significant. The level of the expression of COX-2 is not related to age, tumor size, differentiation and histological type （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Overexpression of C0X-2 is related with oncogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma.
