摘  要:目的探讨心理行为干预对学龄期。皆病综合征患儿的心理状态及治疗依从性的影响作用。方法对55例学龄期肾病综合征患儿给予心理行为干预,并随访半年。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患儿在干预前后进行测量,同时检测其治疗的依从性,并统计对照。结果干预后患儿的焦虑值及抑郁值有明显的降低,干预后的治疗依从性明显提高,与干预前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论心理行为干预可减轻。肾病综合征患儿的不良心理反应,同时可提高治疗的依从性,可达到综合防治肾病综合征的目的。Objective To explore the function for psychological act interference to affect psychological situation and treatment compliance of the child patients suffered from nephrotic syndrome of school age. Method 55 cases of child patients suffered from nephrotic syndrome of school age are given by the interference of psychological act to be visited after half year and assessed by SAS and SDS for testing patients before and after interference, at the same time they are tested for the treatment compliance and calculation as comparison. Result The anxious value and depressed value are evidently dropped and the treatment compliance is evidently improved too after interference. The difference is very remarkable (P〈0. 01) compared before interference. Conclusion The interference of psychological act may relieve the side-reaction to the child patients suffered from nephrotic syndrome of school age and also improve the treatment compliance to reach the objective of general prevention and treatment to the nephrotic syndrome.
