摘　　要：通过对web2.0环境特点的分析,论述了馆员个人知识管理的内容、web2.0对馆员个人知识管理的积极影响及web2.0环境下馆员个人知识管理的实施,最后概述了馆员个人知识管理过程中需关注的问题。This paper elaborated the contents of hbrarian＇s personal knowledge management and the positive infections of librarian＇s personal knowledge management about web2.0. It also elucidated how to arrange implementation of librarian＇s personal knowledge management under the circumstance of web2.0. Findlly it summarized the attentive questions during the time of implementing librarian＇s personal knowledge management through the analysis about the traits of web2.0 circumstance.
