大泡性角膜炎与其他角膜疾病行小植片穿透性角膜移植术后疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较大泡性角膜炎和其他角膜疾病行小植片穿透性角膜移植术(penetrating keratoplasty,PKP)后的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2007年4月在我院行小植片PKP并有完整记录的患者420例(431眼)。统计手术前后视力变化、角膜新生血管及免疫排斥的发生率。结果大泡性角膜炎患者84例行小植片PKP后视力增加54例,减退18例,不变12例;植片新生血管长入9例;植片排斥12例。结论大泡性角膜炎行小植片PKP后能有效提高患者视力、减少免疫排斥和角膜新生血管的发生率。Objective To compare the curative effect of little implant of penetrating keratoplasty for bullous keratitis and other corneal diseases. Methods Four hundred and twenty patients （431 eyes）who received little plants of penetrating keratoplasty and had integrated recording in our hospital from January 2002 to April 2007 were retrospectively studied. The changes of visual acuity, corneal neovascularization, incidence of immunologic rejection were compared between pre- and post-operative. Results The vision of 82 patients with bullous keratitis has increased in 54 eases,decreased in 18 eases and unvaried in 12 eases post-operatively. There were 9 cases with neovascularization of implant, 12 cases with immunologic rejection of implant. Conclusion Little implants of penetrating keratoplasty can increase vision effectively and decrease the incidence of corneal neovascularization for the patients with bullous keratitis.
