摘　　要：视神经损伤后,视网膜神经节细胞进行性损害,轴突变性坏死,再生困难。睫状神经营养因子是一种非靶源性神经营养因子,在视网膜神经节细胞的生长发育中起重要作用,同时对损伤的视网膜神经节细胞有促进存活及轴突再生的作用。Retinal ganglion cells can be damaged constantly and axon happens degeneration and even necrosis after injury of optic nerve,and it is difficult to regenerate. Ciliary neurotrophic factor is a non-targetderived neurotrophic factor. It plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of retinal ganglion cells, meanwhile, ciliary neurotrophic factor can also promote the survival of injured retinal ganglion cells and axonal regeneration.
