摘　　要：从学科建设与研究生教育的关系出发,阐明了研究生教育与现代大学学科建设之间的关系,以及大学学科群与学科群建设的概念和内涵。在此基础上较为具体地分析了学科群建设对研究生教育创新工程的影响,并基于未来学科群建设的内涵,对研究生教育的发展提出新的思考,提出以质量为中心、创新为动力、能力为宗旨重新构建研究生培养方案和研究生课程体系,以适应学科群建设背景下现代研究生教育的发展。From the relation between the discipline construction and the graduate student education, the article clarifies the concept and connotation of the university discipline group and the discipline group construction, and analyzes the impact of discipline group construction over the graduate student education concretely. On the basis of the connotation of the future discipline group construction, the article puts forward the new consideration to the graduate student, then suggests to take quality as the centre, the innovative for driving force, the ability as the tenet to restructure the cultivation scheme of graduate student and the curriculum system of graduate student, which adapting to the development of the modern graduate student education under the background of the discipline group construction.
