摘 要:目的探讨上颌双侧游离端可摘局部义齿的不同大连接体设计对非工作侧基牙位移的影响。方法运用上颌双侧游离缺失模型,制作三种腭部大连接体,分别为中央开"天窗"的腭板(以下简称W连接体)、前后侧腭杆(以下简称F连接体)和腭杆(以下简称P连接体)的可摘局部义齿。在左侧后牙区放置食物片,咬合时,用高精度半导体激光位移测量仪测得非工作侧基牙在不同方向的位移量,并进行统计分析。结果三种不同连接体的可摘局部义齿在左侧放置食物片咬合时,其牙合力传导对非工作侧基牙影响的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中P连接体义齿非工作侧基牙位移要大于F连接体和W连接体义齿。结论三种不同连接体的可摘局部义齿牙合力传导至非工作侧基牙时,其基牙显示出不同的位移、倾斜和旋转的运动特点。其中F连接体义齿对基牙的位移影响最小,P连接体最大。Objective To study the influence of bi-lateral distal-extension removable partial dentures ( RPDs) with various connecter designs on the displacement of abutments. Methods Three kind of palatal connecter palatal bar (P connecter), anterior-posterior-lateral palatal bar (F connecter), palatal plate (W connecter) were used to retain RPDs. Then food chip was masticated between the upper and lower dentitions on left side. The displacement of abutment on non-working side was measured by LB-72 high sensitivelaser transferring detector and the data were statistically analyzed for variance. Results When food chips were on the left sides of RPDs with three kinds of different major connecters, the displacement, inclination and torsion of abutment in three axes were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ). The displacement was higher in connecter P than the other two. Conclusion The abutment of RPDs with three kinds of different major connecters showed different characteristic in displacement, inclination and torsion.
