摘　　要：提出了一项具有未来应用前景的新型养老模式.该模式符合中国国情,并结合了国际上通行的反抵押贷款养老模式和远程看护新技术,具有良好的应用前景.利用统计方法对现今的部分中老年人和青年人进行了抽样调查,并利用德尔菲法确定了影响老年人生活质量的各主要因素的权重.通过对老年人生活模式意愿的选择做出的模糊评判,证明了所提出的新型养老模式在我国具有可行性.A new system scheme providing for aged having applicable perspective has been proposed. This scheme is suitable to the concrete situation in China, and combines the worldwide popular reverse mortgage scheme with new technology of remote nursing, thus can be used as a perspective alternative system scheme providing for aged. Based on the statistics method, a sampling investigate in portion of some people with middle age and portion of young people has been done, and the weights of main factors affecting life quality of aged people have been determined by means of Delphi method. By fuzzy evaluation to aged people＇s choosing of system scheme providing for aged, the feasibility of the new scheme proposed in this paper has been proved.
