金沉积基底烤瓷冠的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析金沉积基底烤瓷冠的临床修复效果.方法对临床上因患有牙釉质发育不全、牙体缺损、变色牙和四环素牙,需进行牙体修复的78例前牙,制作金沉积基底烤瓷冠,让患者佩戴2 a后,观察烤瓷冠的颜色、冠边缘的密合度、颈缘染色及冠的折裂、折断情况.结果金沉积基底烤瓷冠在随访的78例修复体中有75件边缘密合、颜色和外形美观,经过2 a观察,无瓷裂及牙龈黑线出现,修复率94.9%,95%的可信区间为87.4%～98.6%.结论金沉积基底烤瓷冠生物相容性好,具有良好的边缘密合度和抗折强度,色泽自然美观,具有良好的临床修复效果.Objective To analyze the repairing effect of sedimentary basement of porcelain crowns. Methods We made the sedimentary basement porcelain crowns for 78 cases of anterior teeth with enamel hypoplasia, dental defects, discolored teeth and tetracycline teeth, which need for a tooth repair. Two years after wearing the sedimentary basement porcelain crowns, we observed the color of porcelain crowns, the highest marginal adaptation, neck edge staining and the crown fracture, and the broken situation. Results 75 cases of the 78 follow-up sedimentary basement of porcelain crowns restored in marginal adaptation, color and pleasing in appearance. After two years＇ follow-up, no porcelain cracked black lines and gums with a repair rate 94.9%, 95% CI： 87.4% - 98.6%. Conclusion The sedimentary basement porcelain crowns have a good clinical repair effect with a nearly thorough biocompatibility safety, edge fitness, flexural strength and the natural color.
