盐酸他利克索片治疗中晚期帕金森病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估国产盐酸他利克索联合复方左旋多巴治疗中晚期帕金森病(PD)的有效性和安全性.方法用随机、双盲、双模拟、多中心、阳性对照临床研究方法对201例帕金森病患者(其中治疗组103例,对照组98例)治疗12周,治疗前后进行临床症状的UPDRS评分和各项实验室安全检查.结果治疗组和对照组均有效,前者有效率为95.4%,后者为77.6%(P<0.05).结论盐酸他利克索治疗中晚期帕金森病是有效、安全的.Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of the domestic Talipexole tablets conbined with L-Dobamine for the treatment of Parkinson＇ s disease （PD） in middle and later stage. Methods This randomized, double -blinded, double -imitated, positive -controlled clinical trial was conducted in 201 patients with Parkinson＇s disease in moderated and later stage. They were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 103） and control group （n = 98） and were treated with domestic Talipexole tablets and L-dobamine and were placed for 12 weeks. All patients＇s clinical symptoms were evaluated by UPDRS scales and the lab＇s check for security. Result Both group were effective, with a effective rate of 95.4% in the treatment group and 77.6% in the control group. Conclusion Domestic Talipexole tablets are effective and safe agents for treatment of Parkinson＇s disease.
