摘　　要：以食品追溯系统中个体自动识别技术为研究对象,介绍和分析了条形码和RFID两种自动识别技术,并根据食品产品的特点,采用EAN.UCC系统对其进行编码,通过在猪肉食品追溯项目上的应用,证明该方法是有效的,可以用于食品的追溯.This paper is aimed at the research on automation identification technology of food traceability system, which introduces and analyzes code bar and RFID automation identification technology, and codes the food product with EAN＂ UCC system according the characteristic. It is proved that the measure is effective and can be used in the traceability in food through application in pork traceability project.
