摘  要:目的:研究肺癌细胞表面柯萨奇腺病毒受体(CAR)表达水平与基因治疗的可能性。方法:用特异性CAR72抗体通过免疫组织化学Envision法在检测CAR在肺癌组织细胞中的表达水平。结果:在32例鳞癌中有25例CAR高表达、5例小细胞肺癌全部高表达,相反,CAR在22例腺癌中仅6例高水平表达。在非恶性肺泡上皮中为阴性。结论:以腺病毒血清型5为载体的基因治疗适合于鳞癌和非小细胞肺癌,而不适合于大多数腺癌。Objective: To investigate the gene expression level of the Coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CAR) locating on lung cancer cell surface and the potential strategy of gene therapy. Methods: Specific CAR72 antibody was used to detect CAR expression level in lung cancer cells of archived paraffin samples with the Envision immunohistochemical staining method. Results: High CAR expression were observed in five cases of small cell lung cancer , 25 of 32 pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma cases and only six of 22 lung adenocarcinoma. No CAR expression was detected in non - malignant alveolar epithelial. Conclusion: Gene therapy using adenovirus sera type 5 as the vector is suitable for treatment of pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma and non - small cell lung cancer but not for pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
