SSTR2A与SSTR5及VEGF在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中SSTR2A、SSTR5和VEGF的表达及与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法测定62例NSCLC和10例肺部非恶性病变病理切片中SSTR2A、SSTR5和VEGF的表达,并对62例NSCLC组织中SSTR2A、SSTR5和VEGF的表达与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟情况、瘤体大小、病理类型、组织分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况及生存时间的关系进行分析。结果:62例肺癌组织中,SSTR2A、SSTR5和VEGF表达的阳性率分别是48.3%、70.9%和67.5%;10例肺部非恶性病变标本中SSTR2A和SSTR5表达均为阴性,VEGF表达均为阴性。SSTR2A和SSTR5的表达在不同临床分期比较中差异有统计学意义。表达阳性组与阴性组生存分析差异有统计学意义。VEGF表达在有无淋巴结转移组中有统计学差异。表达阳性组与阴性组生存分析差异均有统计学意义。SSTR2A、SSTR5与VEGF有负相关关系。结论:联合检测SSTR2A、SSTR5和VEGF对非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移、病理分期及预后的评估有一定临床意义。Objective：To study the expression of somatostatin receptor 2A ,somatostatin receptor 5 and VEGF in human non -small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and their relations with patients＇ prognosis. Methods： Immunohisto- ebemieal method was used to measure the expression of SSTR2A, SSTR5 and VEGF in the pathological sections of 62 patients with NSCLC and 10 patients with non - malignant pathological changes in their lungs. Statistical analysis was conducted to find out relations between expression of SSTR2A, SSTR5 and VEGF of the 62 NSCLC patients and their age, sex, smoking, tumor size, pathological type, histological differentiation, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and survival time. Results： Positive rates of SSTR2A, SSTR5 and VEGF expression in 62 NSCLC pathological tissues were 48.3% , 70.9% and 67.5% respectively; The expressions of SSTR2A, SSTR5 and VEGF in the 10 lung samples of non - malignant pathological changes were negative. The positive rate of SSTR2A, SSTR5 was related to TNM stage （P 〈 0.05）, but not to other clinical characteristics of NSCLC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive rate of VEGF was related to the lymph node metastasis ; the difference of survival between positive expression group and negative expression group was significant. SSTR2A and SSTR5 were in a negative correlation with VEGF. Conclusion： Expressions of SSTR2A, SSTR5 and VEGF are related with NSCLC lymph node, pathological stage and prognostic assessment.
