放疗配合希罗达口服治疗直肠癌术后复发38例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察放疗联合同步口服希罗达治疗直肠癌术后复发患者疗效。方法:选择直肠癌术后复发患者38例,随机分为放疗+希罗达综合治疗组(17例)和单纯放疗组(对照组21例)。希罗达剂量为825mg/m2,分2次口服,d1-d14,每21天为1周期。放疗剂量50Gy-70Gy,单次剂量2Gy-2.5Gy,每周5次。放疗结束一月后复查盆腔CT。结果:综合治疗组和对照组疼痛缓解率分别为82.4%和72%。综合组患者CR 5.8%,PR 76.5%,总有效率(CR+PR)为82.3%;对照组患者CR 4.8%,PR 57.1%,总有效率(CR+PR)为61.9%。结论:放疗+口服希罗达治疗复发直肠癌疗效确切、副反应轻微。可在临床推广。Objectlve：To determine the efficacy of dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with xeloda for recurrent rectal cancer. Methods：Thirty -eight patients with recurrent rectal cancer, dividived into the radiotherapy combined with xeloda （ seventeen patients）, and radiotherapy alone （ control group with twenty - one patients）. The chemotherapy regimen;xeloda 825mg/m^2 daily in two divided dose days 1 - 14 every 3 weeks. The total dose of radiotherpay were 50 -70Gy, 2 -2.5 Gy per dose, five times every week. After a month of radiotherapy, checking the CT of the pelvic cavity again. Results; The pain alleviation rates were 82. 4 percent and 72 pencent in combined group and control group. The complete response rates of combined group was 5.8 pencent ,the part response rates 76.5 pencent, and the overall response（ CR ＋ PR） rates 82.3pencent, with complete response rates 4.8 pencent and the part response rates were 57.1 pencent in control group, overall response （CR ＋ PR） rate 61.9 pencent. Conclusion： Radiotherapy combined with xeloda effective and less side effection in recurrent rectal cancer, treatment.
