摘　　要："厚德博学,善思致用"的校训,作为合肥学院全体师生员工的行为准则、动力之源和奋斗目标,突出了学院人才培养目标,概括了学院的办学理念和定位,反映了师生的共同愿望和要求,是继承与创新的统一、共性传承与个性张扬的统一。The school motto ＂Moral and erudition, mind and hand ＂, as the rule of behavior, source of driving force and striving goal for all the teachers, students and staffs in Hefei University, highlights the aims of talents cultivation of the university, summarizes the educational ideas and orientation, reflects the common wishes and requirements of the faculty. It is the unity of succession and innovation, and the unity of commonness inheriting and individuality displaying.
