摘　　要：社会转型时期,大学精神受到前所未有的冲击,出现了弱化和迷失。重塑大学精神,必须明确大学自身定位,体现社会主义大学的根本性质,摆正学术权力和行政权力的关系,并坚持继承性、开放性、先进性、多样性四个原则。In the time of great social changes,the campus spirits in university appear to be weakened or even lost under the attack unheard of before.To rebuild the campus spirits,the position of the university should be precisely fixed,the nature of socialistic university should be established,and academic rights and administration should be made clear.Meanwhile,such principles should be followed as succession,opening,progress and diversity.
