摘　　要：本文研究了经济管理实验室应具备的三大功能，探讨了教师创新精神发挥在实验设计中的重要性，研究了“系统运转型高仿真”经济实验在提高学生实践能力方面起到的独特作用，研究了这一模式的设计理念、指导思想和具体设计的特色。This paper studies the three major functions of economics and management laboratory, and the importance of the teacher＇s innovation ability in the experiment designing. And finds that the ＂systematically operating and high simulation experiment＂ pattern plays an important role in improving the student＇s practice ability. At last, introduces the designing idea and method of this especial experiment pattern.
