摘　　要：网络教学的迅速崛起对网络教师形象提出了新的要求。在探讨与分析网络教师的外在形象和内在素质较之传统教师的特殊性的基础上,提出了网络教师形象塑造的若干建议。The rapid rise of network teaching has come up with new requirements for the image of network teachers. By discussing the differences of network teachers from traditional teachers in external appearance and interna; quality, the author puts forward some suggestions for molding the image of network teachers.
