摘　　要：就业问题关系到智力残疾人的生活质量和职业生涯发展。本文从智力残疾就业问题的现状出发,通过对比分析国内外智力残疾人就业状况的差异,从支持性就业的角度设想了智力残疾人就业的未来。以期找到一条适合的就业模式。Employment related with the quality of life and the development of occupation of the people with mental retardation （MR）. This paper compared the employment of MR native and abroad, suggested the strategy referencing to the supportive employment theory.
