摘  要:凸轮机构被广泛应用于内燃机的配气系统。凸轮与其从动件之间是以滑动为主的点线接触摩擦副,摩擦磨损大,致使传动精度降低,影响凸轮副使用寿命。将摩擦学的理论方法引入凸轮设计能够有效地保障系统正常工作,提高传动精度,延长系统的使用寿命。通过对本领域发展现状的论述,归纳了凸轮传动系统摩擦学设计的基本方法,阐明了凸轮关键参数对润滑状态的影响,探讨了凸轮润滑设计中有待解决的关键问题。As a kind of mechanical control system, cam is applied broadly. Between the cam and the follower is the friction pair specializing in slipping. Bigger wearing and tearing will cause the reducing of the precision of the transimission, influence the service life. It makes the control system work well and extends the life of the system to introduce the tribology into the design of cam. By summarizing the development and actuality of this realm, the basic methods of the tribology design in cam transmission system were concluded, the influence that the key parameters of cam towards lubrication was analyzed, and the problems of the lubricated design which is not solved were put forward.
