摘 要:为了解生态因子与冬小麦粉质参数之间的关系,选用6个有代表性的小麦品种(豫麦34、藁麦8901、豫麦47、豫麦70、洛阳8716、豫麦50),于2000~2002连续两年在河南省五个纬度点(32°N^36°N)种植,研究了纬度变化对不同小麦品种粉质参数的影响。结果表明,品种类型对粉质参数的影响大于生态环境。其中豫麦34和藁麦8901的各粉质参数均与其他四个品种的差异达到显著水平。6个小麦品种的吸水率均随纬度升高呈降低趋势,其他粉质参数随纬度变化受生态因子的影响而变化。5月份主要气象因子与小麦粉质参数的相关性不显著。To determine the relationship between ecological factors and winter wheat farinograph, six winter wheat cultivars (Yumai 34, Gaomai 8901, Yumai 49, Yumai 70, Luoyang 8716 and Yumai 50) were planted at five latitudes locations (from 32°N to 36°N) in Henan province during 2000-2002. Farinograph parameters of six cultivars from five locations were analyzed. The results indicated that the effect of cultivar on farinograph characters as higher than that of environment, and the values of farinograph parameters in Yumai 34 and Gaomai 8901 were higher than that in other four cultivars. With the latitude rising, water absorption declined, however, the other parameters changed with the fit and stress in relation to the climate factors. Relationships between major climate factors in May and farinograph parameters were not significant.
