摘 要:采用PCR技术,对外形上易混淆的鲿科Bagridae 4种初级淡水鱼:中间黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus interm edius、普通黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco、粗唇鮠Leiocassis crassilabris和Pseudobagrus kyphus进行线粒体控制区489 bp序列的分析.结果显示:4个种间的碱基差异为12.88%,28个样品共得到7个单倍型,通过遗传距离和系统发育分析可见,粗唇鮠和Pseudobagrus kyphus的亲缘关系比较近,而中间黄颡鱼、普通黄颡鱼和另外2种鱼的亲缘关系较远.489 bp mtDNA control region segments of four species of Bagridae,Pelteobagrus intermedius,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Leiocassis crassilabris and Pseudobagrus kyphus,which were easily confused,were amplified with PCR technique and sequenced.The results showed that nucleotide diversity among these four species were 12.88% and totally 7 haplotipes were showed among them.Genetic distances and phylogenetic analysis indicated that the genetic relationship between Leiocassis crassilabris and Pseudobagrus kyphus were closer,while Pelteobagrus intermedius were more closely related to Pelteobagrus fulvidraco than the others.
