摘　　要：现阶段在我国行政管理中出现了一些价值伦理失范问题,行政管理体制的弊端、行政内部环境的腐败、管理者职业道德的缺失、督政制度的不完善等是导致此类问题的重要原因。如何解决行政管理中价值伦理失范问题是进一步改进行政工作的迫切任务。At present some lost of value and ethics appear in the administration of our country. Administrative system abuse , administration corruption inside it, director＇s professional ethics lacking for loss , and supervising political affairs system＇s imperfection are to the important reason leading to this problem. How to solve the problem about lost of value and ethics in administration is the urgent mission improving the administration job further.
