摘　　要：成人高校德育要创新,要坚持以成人学员素质发展为德育之本。文章对如何提高人的思想政治道德等各方面的素质教育进行分析,肯定其在新的世纪的重要性和作用,并以激发成人学员的创新意识与创新热情,展开了论述。Innovation of moral education in adult education should stick to that the development of the quality of adult students is the basis of the moral education. The article analyses on how to improve the aspects of the quality education such as moral education, affirms its significance and effect in the new age, and even spreads the discussion by inspiring the consciousness and passion of innovation of adult students.
