摘 要:分析了3种常用快开密封连接结构的优缺点,提出了一种由C形密封圈、锥形卡箍和顶盖等部件构成的密封连接结构,使用气动伺服机构实现了顶盖的自动开合。设计了一台超临界萃取釜,强度计算结果表明该萃取釜的快开密封连接结构安全可靠,使用性能良好。The supercritical extraction kettle should meet the requirements of pressurization and quick opening. Based on the analysis of three kinds of common - used quick - opening seal connections, a new quick - opening seal connection was developed. The pneumatic servomechanism was applied to realize the automatic open and close of the head cover of supercritical extraction kettle. A supercritical extraction kettle with the new quick -opening connection was designed, and its safety and reliability was also validated by strength analysis.
