摘 要:适坠性研究近年来得到各航空大国的重视,具有良好适坠性的飞机结构设计能大大改善飞机的坠撞性能。文中简介某农林飞机前机身结构的简化框体模型及在落震试验台的适坠性试验结果,利用LS-DYNA3D对其动力学特性进行评估,表明现有的商用有限元软件可以用于适坠性研究。采用遗传算法结合经试验验证的显式有限元分析模型进行框体耐撞性优化设计,采用部分复合材料取代框体钢管件,可控制坠撞破坏模式,有效地改进该农林飞机的坠撞特性。Crashworthiness of civil aircraft has received increasing attentions over recent years and the drop and crash properties of aircraft can be improved greatly by appropriate crashworthiness design. The simplified truss frame model of an agriculture and forestry front fuselage structure and its crashworthiness test results with the drop test bed are introduced. The truss frame dynamics characteristics are evaluated with LS-DYNA3D, a business finite element software, and the coincidence of simulation and test results shows that similar software can satisfy the basic requires of the aircraft crashworthiness research. At last for better drop and crash properties the simplified truss frame is optimized with genetic algorithm (CA), which integrates the LS-DYNA3D finite element model validated by drop test. By replacing some steel tubes with graphite-epoxy tubes, the crash facture mode of optimized design is controlled and the crashworthiness of the agriculture and forestry aircraft is improved effectively.
