摘 要:为进行腐蚀条件下飞机结构耐久性分析,考虑地面停放预腐蚀和空中飞行腐蚀疲劳的影响,提出经济寿命腐蚀影响系数,将腐蚀条件下的飞行小时数向室温大气环境进行等损伤折算,修正室温大气环境下的经济寿命评定结论得到腐蚀条件下的经济寿命,简化腐蚀条件下结构耐久性分析过程。并通过与腐蚀条件下概率断裂力学方法的对比,验证该方法的适用性。To analysis the durability of aircraft structure under corrosive environment, a economic life modified approach under corrosive environment is established to account for the corrosion influence. The aircraft service history was divided into the alternations between pre-corrosion under ground-parking and corrosion fatigue in the air. The corrosion coefficient of the economic life was proposed, the flight hours under corrosive environment was converted to the equivalent flight hours in the room temperature and air environment with the equal damage rule, then the economic life under corrosive environment is obtained by modifying the economic life in the room temperature and air environment. The applicability of this approach which simplifies the durability analysis is verified by comparing with the probabilistic fracture mechanics approach.
