摘　　要：总结了TMT配置的相关理论,在对TMT相关理论深入研究的基础上,分析了影响TMT优化配置的相关因素,并且构建了TMT群体效能与配置关系模型和TMT优化配置过程框架。期望能够为TMT优化配置以及TMT与组织绩效关系的实证研究提供理论指导。In the TMT related theories on the basis of in-depth study, summed up the impact factors of TMT optimizing the configuration, and constructed relationship model of TMT groups effectiveness and the configuration factors, and constructed the process framework of the optimize configuration of TMT.
