摘　　要：《三国演义》中诸葛亮对魏延素来不喜,表面看似乎心存偏见,识人不明。实际上,其深层次原因是由于诸葛亮意欲重建儒家秩序,使蜀汉成为正统政权,故在道德上力求完美无暇,对魏延弑主之举自然难以认同。In the historical novel ＂Romance of the Three Kingdoms＂, Zhuge Liang treated Wei Yan strictly and harshly. In appearance,it was the result of Zhuge Liang＇s bias to Wei Yan and a wrong recognition of him. The deep reasons lie in that Zhuge Liang wanted to rebuild the Confucian order, to establish Su Han as an Orthodox government with flawless morality. As a result,he couldn＇t accept Wei Yan＇s behavior of killing his master.
