论学生创新能力的培养与体育课改革

摘　　要：社会的发展需要创新型人才,培养创新型的人才从体育课教学来说首先要改革体育课模式。要体现因材施教,发展个性的教学思想;要对教材、教学内容进行改变;要注意将体育教学过程的评价和体育教学结果的评价紧密结合。同时要求教师要有锐意进取,大胆创新的精神。Society＇s development needs the innovation-talented person. Raising innovation-talented person must reform the physical edu- cation pattern in the view of PE teaching. PE teacher must teach students in accordance with their aptitude, embody the idea of develo- ping individual personality, change the teaching material and the course content, pay attention to integrating the process appraisal and result appraisal of PE teaching. Simultaneously, teacher should be with innovative spirit.
