摘  要:为了解平欧杂交榛子对低温胁迫的生理反应,以大田中抗寒性表现差异较大的8#、20#和7#三个榛子品系为试材进行研究。结果表明:(1)随着温度的降低,各品系的相对电导率呈现"S"型变化曲线,但不同品系的增幅不同,8#品系始终处于最低状态。(2)各品系枝条内脯氨酸含量随着温度的降低而增加。在-40℃下,8#、20#和7#三个品系的脯氨酸含量较对照分别增加6.72、4.91和2.97倍。(3)可溶性糖含量与低温度成正相关,但温度达-35℃时,各品系的可溶性糖含量增幅放缓,8#可溶性糖含量一直高于20#和7#。(4)丙二醛含量随着温度的降低而上升,在-40℃低温胁迫下,以对照做参照,各品系的增幅大小关系为7#>20#>8#。In order to konw the physiological reaction of chill-resistance of hazel, the three hard strains of 8^# , 20^# and 7^# with great difference of chill - resistance in field were used as test matedats. The results showed that (1)The relative conductivity of different strains presented curve“S”along with reducing of temperaure. But the increase of different strains was various, the 8^# strain was in the lowest state; ( 2 ) The proline content of the three strains 8^# ,20^# and 7^# under -40% was increased by 6.72 times,4.91 times and 2.97 times respectively; (3) There was a positive correlation between soluble sugar content and low temperature. But when the temperature reached - 35%, the soluble sugar content was increased slowly, the 8^# soluble sugar content was always higher than that of 20^# and 7^# all the time; (4)MDA content was increased with temperature reducing.As the control contrast, different strains were increased by 7^# 〉 20^# 〉 8^# .
