摘 要:为开发利用新疆虫草的药用价值提供理论依据,并与不同产地的冬虫夏草的含量进行比对。采用高碘酸钠比色法测定D-甘露醇含量、苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;应用氨基酸自动分析仪分析虫草的氨基酸类型和含量。结果表明:3个产地的冬虫夏草中D-甘露醇的含量为78.5.115.2μg/g,多糖的含量为2.24.3.59%;新疆虫草中D-甘露醇的含量为120.3mg/g,多糖的含量为3.32%。3种冬虫夏草和新疆虫草中均含有18种氨基酸。新疆虫草中含有较丰富的D-甘露醇、多糖和氨基酸,为综合评价新疆虫草内在质量和开发新疆虫草提供了科学依据。To further exploit and develop the Xinjiang Cordyceps sinensis ( Berk. ) sacc., in this study, the contents of main active constituents in Xinjiang Cordyceps were compared with that of the Cordyceps produced in other different habitats. D - mannitol was determined by sodium metaperiodate ehromatometry; polysaeeharide was determined by Phenol - vitriolic acid method; and the automatic amino acid analyzer was employed to analyze the types and contents of amino acids in Cordyceps sinensis. The results indicated that the contents of D - marmitol in Cordyceps sinensis from three different habitats were 78.5 μg to 115.2μg, polysaceharide were 2.24% to 3.59%. The content of D - marmitol and polysaeeharide in Xinjiang Cordyceps were 120.3 mg/g and 3.32%, respectively. All Cordyceps sinensis mentioned contained 18 kinds of amino acids altogether. D - marmitol, polysaeeharide and amino acids included in Xinjiang Cordyceps sinensis were more abundant than that in the other Cordyceps sinensis. This study can provide a certain scientific basis for further evaluating the Xinjiang Cordyceps sinensis (Berk. ) saee quality and exploiting its potential values.
