紫花茄皂苷I-5对不同肿瘤细胞系的体外抗肿瘤作用

摘　　要：目的探讨紫花茄皂苷I-5对不同肿瘤细胞系的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法用酸性磷酸酶(APA)法检测紫花茄皂苷I-5对不同部位人源性肿瘤细胞株体外生长的抑制作用。结果紫花茄皂苷I-5对所试肿瘤细胞株的体外生长皆具有一定的抑制作用,尤其是对人肝癌BEL-7404、人鼻咽癌CNE和人结肠癌HT-29细胞的生长抑制作用较强,抑制率可达到70%以上。结论体外实验表明紫花茄皂苷I-5对4种不同部位人源性肿瘤细胞株皆具有一定的抗肿瘤细胞生长作用,敏感细胞株为肝癌和结肠癌细胞。Objective To examine the inhibitory effects of saponin I-5 in Solanum indicum L. on different tumor cell lines in vitro. Methods Acid phosphatase assay （ APA ） was adopted to detect the effects of saponin I-5 on the growth of tumor cell lines in vitro. Results The solanum saponin had inhibitory effects on every tested tumor cell line. Especially, the growth inhibitory ratio of saponin I- 5 on the tested tumor cell lines （ BEL-7404, CNE and HT-29 ） reached above 70%. Conclusion The solanum saponin I-5 has inhibitory effects on the growth of tumor cell lines in vitro,and the most sensitive cell line to saponin I-5 is hepatocarcinoma cell.
