摘　　要：文中从营造实训环境,奠定培养创新型人才的基础;采取激励措施,加强实训教学队伍建设;改革实训教学体系,开设创新型实训项目;量化评分,加强实训考核的规范化四个方面入手,对以培养创新型人才为目标的工程测量课程实训教学改革进行了阐述。For the aim of bring up the innovation-type person,the experiment-teaching reformation of the engineering survey course is set forth in the paper, including constructing experiment-environment to establish the base of innovation-type person,taking the inspiring measure to strengthen the experiment-teaching group,reforming the experi-ment-teaching system to setting innovation-type experiment items,quantitive grading to reinforce the standardization of the experiment exam.
