韩式治疗仪治疗海洛因依赖者早期稽延性戒断症状的临床双盲对照

摘　　要：目的:观察韩式治疗仪改善海洛因患者早期稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效,为物理方法提高戒毒的临床疗效提供依据。方法:从我戒毒中心2007年1月至9月住院的186名静脉注射海洛因依赖者采用随机抽样原则抽取60例,随机分成两组:研究组和对照组,各30人。研究组和对照组分别采用韩式治疗仪和安慰仪治疗3月,应用海洛因稽延性戒断症状评定量表、汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)量表,动态观察韩式治疗仪对早期稽延性戒断症状的治疗效果。结果:研究组能明显降低治疗第4周、第8周、第12周稽延症状总评分(P<0.001)。能明显改善患者的焦虑情绪(P<0.001)以及抑郁症状(P<0.001),而对照组的治疗对早期稽延性戒断症状、焦虑抑郁情绪则无明显影响,两者表现出明显的差别。结论:韩式治疗仪能明显改善患者的稽延性戒断症状以及焦虑抑郁情绪,安全性高,依从性好,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To observe whether Hans therapy instrument could alleviate the protracted withdrawal syndrome. Methods：Sixty patients of heroin injection from Beijing detoxification center were randomly double - blind from 186 Patients divided into two groups： the trial group and control group. They were in hospital from January to September in 2007 . The trial group were treated by Hans therapy instrument, the control group were treated by conciliate instrument. All patients were scored through the fist of protracted syndrome; HAMA; HAMD at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12weeks. Results： The total scores of protracted withdrawal syndrome and HAMA, HAMD of trial group showed significant difference between control group at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks. Conclusions： Hans therapy instrument can alleviate the protracted withdrawal syndrome and anxious depress emotion. This therapy is efficient and safe. Patients comply with the therapy. This therapy may be spread in clinic.
