摘　　要：高校独立学院的生源、办学模式、办学定位都具有其自身的特点。在对独立学院特点进行分析的基础上,对其办学模式、办学定位、教学管理等多方面的改革措施进行了研究。The independent college has its own features in aspects of the student resources, school-running modes and school-running positioning. Based on analyzing the features of independent college, this paper researches the reform measures adopted by independent college in its school-running mode, school-running positioning, and teaching management, etc.
