从中医天人相应理论看人体太空生理紊乱

摘　　要：随着航天事业的发展,人类会逐步进入太空。但由于人类已经适应地球表面环境,当航天员暴露在太空中,机体将出现多系统功能失调。而在复杂疾病面前,中医学常能以其特有的智慧眼光,透过表象,剖析天时地势人身阴阳变化的本质;深入研究中医学相关理论,有望为载人航天提供有中国特色的健康支持。文章从中医学"天人相应"角度展开思考,从阴阳、气血、脏腑等不同层次进行讨论,拟充分挖掘人体太空生理紊乱的中医学理论根源,并对中医药辨治进行初步探索,以期在促进我国载人航天事业发展的进程中做一些贡献。With the development of business of manned spaceflight in China,physiologic derangement in human body,a serious problem in spaceflight,is dangerous to astronauts,as well as the mission progression.With complex diseases,it is Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） by which we can look through the appearance of disease,and get the essence of change of yin and yang,qi and blood,and zang and fu organs in the body.In this paper,the pathogenesis of space physiologic derangement is studied by the sight of TCM theory of correspondence between human and universe,and discussed from the aspects of yin and yang,qi and xue,zang and fu.The author explored the TCM origin of physiologic derangement in space and the determination of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs with TCM.This work is wished to be beneficial to the business of space exploration in our mother country.
